Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized items
  • Sale items

Return Process

  2. Receive RMA: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Ship Product: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  5. Refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want.
